“Found only a few employees who had great customer service while a few others had terrible customer service. Tried to give the wrong price on the GM discount (which we had to point out) also tried to charge us for the extra package with oil changes after throwing it into the deal and also did not put the badges on the car but left them in the glove box after charging for it in the price which I only found out when I tried to run into the closest dealership to have them put but it had already been billed to GM and not done. The buying process was easy though and so was pick up. Not a terrible experience but not as well as it could have been..”
