“Listen, usually this hospital is great but you seriously need to teach your triage nurses some etiquette. The last two times I have been hear the triage nurses has said some pretty rude things. I am pretty sure I understand the risks of covid and know when my daughter needs to come to get examined. Quick service but poor manners.”
