(December 8, 2020, 2:46 pm)December 2018 Martino installed a heat pump, a propane furnace, and a propane hot water tank at our place. The furnace and tank work great. The heat pump was supposed to be rated to -12C, but we found that it failed to keep the house warm at -2C. Martino staff came to our house every week trying to tweak the system, but when summer came and the heat pump failed to cool the house, Martino replaced the system with an updated and more powerful unit at no cost to us. Thank you, Martino.

They were punctual and their workmanship and quality of work were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done right and that we were happy..
