“December 2018 Martino installed a heat pump, a propane furnace, and a propane hot water tank at our place. The furnace and tank work great. The heat pump was supposed to be rated to -12C, but we found that it failed to keep the house warm at -2C. Martino staff came to our house every week trying to tweak the system, but when summer came and the heat pump failed to cool the house, Martino replaced the system with an updated and more powerful unit at no cost to us. Thank you, Martino.”

Brian and Kim were very awesome yo work with and extremely helpful and understanding. When things did get underway they were very quick and efficient. Our floors are fabulous. We wanted a few different things and they had a lot of selection aswell as tips for what works best where. We are a busy household with many kids and pets and our floors are perfect for us. “We are in the midst of building our new home and Paul Holden’s is who we used to design our kitchen. Could not be more happy with the professionalism, promptness and quality we received with them. Alex was our designer and he listened so well to the details we wanted in our kitchen and designed a beautiful custom hood range over our stove, as well as adding in other features such as an apron sink and setting it off with a toe kick to make it stand out beautifully, and stacked cabinets with glass doors to really finish off the space. We had some fun mixing white cupboards with lower natural wood cabinets and are really happy with how it all turned out. Alex was great at promptly answering all emails and even helped to ensure the appliances we purchased for the home would properly fit and work well with our space. We believe that they were very fair with the pricing of our kitchen and upgrades and the quality is definitely proven. The selections they have to choose from is amazing, especially their quartz counter top selections, really excited for our counters to be installed in two weeks and to see the whole kitchen completed! Highly recommend Paul Holden’s for any kitchen and bathroom vanity needs!”
