Tweed & Company Theatre

I went to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat last week in Bancroft. After having watched Ride the Cyclone and Mamma Mia last year (so impressed!!!!) I didn’t think they could surpass but Omg! It was absolutely positively incredible!!!!

I can’t believe the quality of these productions. The dancing, choreography, phenomenal voices, amazing players! Joseph and the narrator blew my mind (I just saw Joseph at Mirvish this past year…it paled in comparison!).

Who needs Mirvish, Stratford, Broadway? I’d rather buy tickets to Tweed and Co shows. Thank you for your dedication…amazing!

We went to the Joni Mitchell Both Sides Now show and it was incredible. So impressed with the cast and crew. I particularly loved how ASL was incorporated into the show!

Tweed & Company Theatre now operate two venues in Hastings County. This summer I enjoyed Tweed & Company Theatre’s production of Mamma Mia! At the Village Playhouse in Bancroft - 3 times - it was that good! It’s a great historical building, with lots of recent improvements. Have also taken in several shows at the Marble Arts Centre in Tweed this season. Looking forward to what is to come under this amazing team in both locations. Lots of variety for everyone!

Looking forward to their live theatre productions. I have already booked for the 3 shows in Tweed and the dinner and cabaret night too. Great talent is brought to Tweed and this year to Bancroft as well, by the hard working and energetic Tim Porter. Lots of local sponsors for the shows, but they can always use more. I have donated to them too.

So great to have professional quality theater so close to home. No need to drive to the city.
