“You can get great deals, but good luck being able to pick them up or have them adjusted the first (or second, or third ...) time you go in. The optician is the only person who can do any of this, and there doesn't seem to be one there often enough. I've been told "sporadic hours" and "no set schedule" more than once. I've also gone when they were open according to the website, but closed when I arrived. Overall I am disappointed with the experience, and I've given them two chances (two separate orders). I would recommend going somewhere else where you are able to get consistent service.”
