“I love that Degree is a place for everyone. I really enjoy my 1 on 1 personal training classes that are spent targeting the things that I need to strengthen. and it’s working, my low back pain has been minimal for almost a month now :) I also love the group class atmosphere, I find working out in the group setting so motivating. The nutrition coaching is amazing too, the meal plan that Mairead came up with doesn’t leave me feeling deprived and is something I feel I can sustain for a life time.
