“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I recently purchased a Yamaha Jet boat from Southwest Marine and first off I would like to comment that the couple negative reviews posted here are far from the experience that we had purchasing our boat and every trip I have had to the dealership since has been no different. I dealt with Dave and he answered all our questions, gave me a wicked trade in value on my previous boat and after searching everywhere in Ontario for a similar boat, his price was also the best! That gives a 5 star alone... On top of all that he didn’t pressure us into buying but gave us all the info we needed to pull the trigger. We had decided that since this was a bigger boat we would like to keep it docked in Grand Bend so we don’t need to constantly be towing it back and forth. The waiting list for docking is long but Dave was able to track down a spot for us. We could not have got a better location! I have also had service done there and both times it was exactly as I hoped it would be. To take things to the next level...I participate in a local ducks unlimited chapter and the past two season I’ve asked Southwest if they would be willing to make a small prize donation and they didn’t flinch at the idea either time and went above and beyond with the Donations!!! Couldn’t be happier with the boat or the service we received!! Is there a way I can add more stars?? Lol I would recommend my friends and family to this business without a doubt! “This is such an incredibly cool store, we stopped by on our way to Grand Bend Beach. There's so many cool things in there like statues, bracelets, pouches, tote bags, jewelry. I got a frog carved out of wood and it sounds like a musical instrument when I run it on its back, how cool is that?!”

He kindly had provided me with his own Gerry can filled with gas and told me to come back and pay him after. He also let me call my husband from his phone. Our orders are always as promised and timely with terrific delivery service that sets up and assembles when needed. Today I ordered additional pieces to our previously purchased pieces and even though its a couple years later I was able to still acquire items from the same collection with cushions to match our original purchase. There was no need to change anything ...as the quality is exceptional and all original items still look like new. (Outside all winter minus cushions) Adding on to what we have has been seemless!
