Kawartha Vision Care

Our family has been using Kawartha Vision care for the last 13 years. Our son especially has been in frequently, having glasses since he was 3. Mostly he dealt with Bill who knows all our family by name even if we see him in town, and the last several years we have had excellent service from all of the members of the staff. Today we went in a panic with glasses broken right in the middle. Ordering and waiting for new glasses wasn’t an option. Terry, Jenny and Donna all worked together to come up with a solution to get him by until we order his new glasses. We are very grateful. We recommend them to anyone.

Being a customer for over 8yrs now I can't say enough about Kawartha Vision Care...Excellent customer service with quality eyewear. (frames/ lenses) Staff are super friendly and very accommodating....if a screw comes loose or frames bent...just drop in and instant service is provided. I made the mistake of going elsewhere (HO)once...never again..with poor quality lenses and service, they were reluctant to repair without extreme cost. I took my glasses to KVC and without questing they assist, ordered new lenses and were non judgmental to my error in judgment of going elsewhere. (Cost efficient) Love this place!!! And will always be a forever customer :) Thank you for the Excellent service!!

Great service from a family owned place. I had gone elsewhere first but they would not help me unless I paid an extra $ 8.00 over what my insurance coverage would pay. Kawartha Vision Care underdstood and treated me very well and I would promise you that you will love them.

Been using KVC for many years. Bill and staff always look after us. If glasses become loose or a screw is lost I know we can go in and they will fix it right away and usually there’s no charge for it. The aftermarket service is excellent.
Hubby bought prescription sunglasses from another local place five years ago and the plastic frame and broke a few weeks ago. We returned to where they were purchased and asked if we could buy another set of frames to put the lenses in and were told there was no way that could be done. When we went to see Bill at KVC, we were there all of maybe 10 minutes and walked out with the lenses put into a new set of frames. Highly recommend.

They are amazing...they helped me alot with costs and adding the extras on my glasses will definitely be back
