Outram Fuels and Propane

ran out of propane late Friday and they had someone come out right away. Good service!

Had an issue in the past, they have since apologized and helped correct a current issue with our landlord who refuses to fix the property.

Fast friendly courteous service!! Wish there was a 5+ star rating available, because they would have received it for my fuel order today!

I had originally had another company (starts with S) scheduled to install new tanks, a line and supply propane for a large generator. Even though I had scheduled 3 weeks before the planned install date, S had been out for a site visit, the said company forgot to schedule, order the required parts and only told me after I got ahold of them (after 6 hours of trying) the day before the scheduled install. They tried to reschedule for a month later and didn't even apologize. They also tried to increase the original install price by $2k. I was livid.

I researched companies and found Outram and am I ever happy that I did. I called and talked to Janet (Wednesday), explained my situation and the time sensitive nature and Outram was on it. Mike was out the next day for a site visit and had pricing and details of the install for me Friday morning. I gave the green light and the install happened on the following Monday. I could not believe the turn around time.

Company S should take a look at Outram fuels to learn what proper customer service looks like. If your researching different companies for your propane needs, I very highly recommend Outram. You will not be disappointed!
