“I say Coles is a 4 star store they usually have exactly what I need. I fine them very helpful. The last time I was there I was looking for a something and because it's none of your business I am not going to tell you what it was. But I was looking for something and one of the staff members came over and asked what I was looking for so I told him and he said we don't really have those but they will come soon. I said OK but then he then He said If you want it quicker you can go to the dollar store. I said ok. So he was very helpful and I fine that not many staff members will tell you that another store has something. I also fine that the staff there are very kind and patient. And because of the kind and helpful staff that is where my family go's every single time we need a new book. only once they didn't have a series I liked . so they are a great store and they have the books I need. I recommend them and they do a great job. They may not be a 5 star but they will always be a 4 to me. Coles keep up the good work best book store I have ever gone to.”
