For the life of me I can't understand what negative reviewers are talking about?? This was the easiest experience with no nonsense whatsoever. Balsam Lake absolutely has some shallow and unpredictable areas to it, so if you don't know the water you should run the Navionics app on your phone or tablet for accurate charting - then maybe you won't damage the propeller?? It's not rocket science, folks. Balsam RPM are great to deal with and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.”

Owning a similar type business, I know first hand that mechanical service/repairs don't always go as planned! BPM is a very busy marina, with a lot happening at all times, however Jeff is by nature un-flappable and handles any and all issues that arise with a calm willingness to work any problem. “So here's the thing. They answer the phone. They are polite. They say they will be somewhere and they're there. They take the time to figure out what's wrong, not just rush a repair because they'd rather make more money on a new boat, or something.. My bow rider has been in the water 2 times this whole season. Went through two other marinas before someone called me back when they said they would, showed up, gave a damn, and actually fixed my boat. I know exactly where I'm going next time.
