Since being diagnosed with a minor case of processing information and with reason to believe I have minor ADHD Susan has opened up to help me feel better. Each session and opportunity I have working with Susan is always very reassuring and makes me more of a positive person.

Janet and Richard Bradley enjoyed a wonderful Yoga session with Anne Near. We are both seniors and we felt the session was geared to our abilities.Ann has a lovely relaxed presence and anyone could benefit from her classes. Her session teaches embodied mindfulness through breathing and movement, to facilitate self healing.

Susan truly cares and listens. She has helped my son with his ADHD and concentration so much, that even years later he remembers and knows how much.
