Each session and opportunity I have working with Susan is always very reassuring and makes me more of a positive person.
(April 1, 2018, 2:04 am)Janet and Richard Bradley enjoyed a wonderful Yoga session with Anne Near. We are both seniors and we felt the session was geared to our abilities.Ann has a lovely relaxed presence and anyone could benefit from her classes. Her session teaches embodied mindfulness through breathing and movement, to facilitate self healing.
