Access Storage - Sarnia Point Edward

Great customer service, clean and great location

When we decided firmly that we were seeking a home in Lambton Country, we found we needed storage for the things we wanted to keep. Because my husband and I had the benefit of being raised in Point Edward, we sought to find storage there, and found it in Store-N-Save - Sarnia Point Edward. Right from the very beginning, the staff worked hard to make an overwhelming (for us) situation very doable. They were relaxed, gave us ideas of what size we would need (they were exactly correct on that, of course), and eager to alleviate as many of the moving stressors as they could. I have recommended this storage facility many times to people who have too much stuff to hold in their homes. I have shared my very positive experience with them, and urged them to at least give the Point Edward facility a call. Believe me, if I am ever in a situation to need storage again, I will look no further than Store-N-Save - Sarnia Point Edward! Thanks for a job well done!

The location is perfectly located! The staff is very professional and eager to help whether it be with Fed Ex parcels or storage units! I recommend this place to anyone in town or out of town for all your storage and shipping needs!!

Store N Save for several years now and I am still “Delighted” to use this location. I have ALWAYS received “Excellent Customer Service” with any concerns, questions about any of their services. Very courteous, efficient, friendly and just super easy to deal with. I continue to recommend Pt.Edward Store N Save to all my friends & relatives and always share the great experience I have in dealing with Store N Save.
Also what’s nice is I receive a monthly newsletter providing me with “Hours of Operation “, “Holiday Hours” and if one has chosen to pay monthly (as I do), a gentle reminder that a payment is due. Have never had one issue or negative experience ! And. Special “Thanks” goes out to Nadine for always being on top of “Everything” and for her wonderful friendly approach in the front office.
