I was buying out a vehicle that we were previously leasing. Although the price was great, it was a headache to get any information from our sales guy. I called multiple times and left messages, emailed etc. Kale, the leasing manager was extremely helpful but the sales manager that we dealt with was very difficult to get a hold of, if he was even in the office. It did all work out in the end, but was frustrating how hard it was to give them our money, especially since it was MY first vehicle. Didnt feel as special and exciting as I would have hoped.

The service department was able to accommodate me on short notice for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to drop off over night and make arrangements to pick-up after they where done for the day with no hassle.
