Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Wings were excellent, not greasy, waiter was quick and efficient. Most impressive observation was how they have adhered to CO-Vid protocols and set up barriers and removed tables so everyone could feel safe while enjoying their meal. Process to enter was easy too, hostess was friendly and patient with obtaining our credentials for vaccine proof...would return again!!

We rather enjoyed our meal here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu had plenty of options to choose from. We were here Friday late afternoon and the meals arrived in good time. The meal sizes were good. We are looking forward to going back.

Food was good. No waiting, was seated almost immediately. Staff was friendly, but had to remind them about pieces of my order that were missing. I'm not a big steak or pork fan, so I'm glad they added more chicken to their menu. I only wish there were a bit more options for sides, or ways to enjoy the chicken; their "dipping sauce" was merely BBQ sauce. Overall, not a terrible place.

The food was very good but the service was iffy. Dinner companion ordered the peppercorn goat cheese steak. When it arrived, the server had taken it upon himself to place the order with the peppercorn and goat cheese on the side as "some people don't like it". The steak was no longer hot enough to melt the goat cheese and the diner had to assemble. Perhaps waiter could emphasis how that steak is prepared when it's being ordered as opposed to changing the dish for someone who really likes the steak as prepared by the kitchen. I had to ask for the drawn butter for my lobster and the order for the mushrooms was not placed so we had to wait for them. At the end of the meal, dessert was not even given as option. It was just assumed we wouldn't want any and we were being pushed out the door. I asked for the dessert menu and was told they don't have dessert but then yes there is a dessert option.
All in all, the meal was delicious but the server needs training.
