My experience with Manchu Wok at Carlingwood Mall has always been favourable from service, to food, to portion, to quality. Always fresh, hot, good portion, attendants are always serviceable. Manchu Wok is a chinese fast food franchise and I've tried various locations in Ontario and they seem to be consistent with their good quality. They've been around for a long time and from my experience they have been consistently very good at every location that I have tried. This quality for a fast food chinese outlet is pretty impressive - even better than some chinese restaurants.

For being part of a food court, this is definitely one of the best places for Chinese food in Sarnia. The guy who always works there (owner/manager?) is always very nice, and seems to actually enjoy serving people.
Great food and service every time.

Edit: After reading other reviews, I just don't get it. Small portions, bland food, and rude server? I think some people just love to write bad reviews. Portions are great, and the food is fresh every time I go.
