Fast Time Watch Repair (formerly Sears Watch & Jewellery Repair)

A couple of weeks ago, my inexpensive watch's battery died. As I have worn a watch (and owned many) since I was a child, I'm accustomed to wearing a watch to quickly check the time at least a hundred times per day. I tend to feel naked without a watch, so when I was unable to remove my watch's back plate with a jewelers screwdriver set to change out the battery; I was immediately frustrated at the inconvenience of being without a watch. I had thought of just buying another watch but I already have so many watches laying around, I decided to see if there was a place around that would replace batteries, regardless of whether I bought the watch from them. Upon searching Google for watch repairs, I came upon Fast Time. I took my watch there on a Saturday morning and within 5 minutes, I was leaving with a brand new battery in my watch (they were even kind enough to set the date and correct time), complete with a one year warranty on the battery...all for the low cost of $14.95. I have at least 3 other watches in my possession that range in price from $100-$500 that all require batteries and I will be taking them all to Fast Time. These guys are very fast and their prices are very reasonable. Best part is; they will service any watch (no matter what brand or whether or not you bought it from them); which is a huge bonus after years of being told by major jewelry stores that they can't replace my watch batteries because I didn't buy my watch from them. I highly recommend Fast Time for their fast service, willingness to work on brands they don't sell and reasonable prices!

I went to Fast Time for a new watch and was looking for a gift. The blonde lady with glasses working there was very knowledgeable and somehow still had a positive attitude while working in the mall that was like a ghost town due to the pandemic! I was very happy with the friendly service.

Loved my experience the employees were friendly and very helpful and they were pretty fast and I think the products that are offered are watches and stuff is awesome looking and prices are reasonable great service thank you Deb :)
