“Rather than standing doing NOTHING help out! I understand Covid has changed things up but today while in store I watched an elderly lady pack her groceries and she took a very long time which holds up the line. I also take a long time because I get a ton of stuff but the cashier literally stands around doing nothing, waiting for people to finish bagging. Why not assist? They are already touching the items when scanning. Is it really that hard to put it in the bag that is being paid for anyway. A little help goes a long way. I would have helped this lady if I had been allowed. I'm not really impressed with this practice.”

“Some staff go the extra mile, others are less than pleasant so it's quite difficult to rate. It's really luck of the draw with who is working, from my experience as a frequent shopper. However if rating the Cosmetology/Beauty Boutique, it is an easy 5 stars thanks to one specific Cosmologist. Sandy is absolutely phenomenal at her job to put it mildly. She goes above and beyond in every way possible, from customer service, to being very personable, she is extremely helpful and has vast knowledge in products recommended. (If you don't need it, she will be honest and tell you so which builds a lot of trust.) Any time I am struggling with how to apply a cosmetic product or needing advice on skin care, Sandy has the answer as well as happily shows me exactly how to apply things; she takes the time and it is obvious she cares for her clientele. Also knowing her customers well, she is aware I make my larger purchases during points events and truly helps me maximize on my shopping experience. She is definitely my go to beauty guru and I am very grateful for all of her assistance offered each and every time it is needed. To be honest, whenever I think I have a permanent issue and may be discouraged or feeling stuck, Sandy is who I go and see and she some how resolves it. Sandy is a huge asset to Shopper's Drug Mart, I won't go anywhere else solely because of her.”

“Been coming here for groceries for my entire life. Staff are always friendly, you will usually even see the owner in the store stocking shelves. They have all you basic grocery needs. Even an in store butcher that you can ring the bell by the meat sections and request specific cuts of what you'd like if you don't see it there. They have a deli section too where they will slice your sandwich meat right in front of you. For good price and wide selection, I would highly recommend.”
