friendly staff clean building
I've had my issues but I don't dare fuss too much for fear and repercussion on my grandmother's care and handling. NO I DON'T get that impression from the staff. They have been very nice and have accommodated us well. I won't have something small create issues when they've gone out at their way when we needed it.
With rhat I believe people need to better manage their time (myself included) and go see their parents and grandparents more often. They seem so eager to show us off. Go on make their day. ????
The wonderful staff, who gave up their Christmas dinner with their family, arranged for my family to have a wonderful dinner with my mom, who is a resident there. It made our Christmas less sad to share the dinner with her. The staff is very attentive and caring. Thanks for all you do.
