“I've had my issues but I don't dare fuss too much for fear and repercussion on my grandmother's care and handling. NO I DON'T get that impression from the staff. They have been very nice and have accommodated us well. I won't have something small create issues when they've gone out at their way when we needed it. With rhat I believe people need to better manage their time (myself included) and go see their parents and grandparents more often. They seem so eager to show us off. Go on make their day. ????”
