I noticed more in endurance, strength and how toned I have gotten in 6 months at DSF, than 2 years at a regular gym. The coaching staff are great and they will scale all workouts to your abilities. I found all members to be very friendly and welcoming, I was at first intimidated my first class but very quickly I was welcomed without any judgement of my non-fitness background. Try a visit and you wont regret it.
