“Functional Performance Fitness is a wonderful gym with great trainers. The gym has everything you need and more. There is great accessory equipment such as their seated hamstring curl. The space is suited for all individual from beginners to expedited gym goers. If you’re interested in checking out the facility Julia (the wonderful individual that will greet you as you come) will help you out. (Little extra tid bit here, every barbell has a centre knurling which is amazing since some gyms only carry barbells that don’t have a centre knurl) Keep on improving everyone! Fitness is a continuous never ending journey.”

“Great gym with friendly, helpful staff. However, I'd appreciate being reminded by email when the gym's going to be closed outside normal hours. Shouldn't be difficult to set up and would save me - and others - the occasional wasted journey. (Not the gym's fault, but the road surface for the last few hundred yards is sometimes terrible between groomings).”
