(October 29, 2019, 3:31 pm)We are very happy with our "On the Water" cantilever dock that Jenn, Martin and team at Docks by Whytes installed for us. Jenn and Martin were very professional throughout our interactions: from meeting them at the Cottage show in the spring, to the site visits, to the final install of the dock at the end of summer. We really appreciate that they came out an extra time for a site visit when our plans for the dock changed. One negative we would mention is that the instructions for how to raise the dock were poorly written as it was hard to figure out. Thankfully I took lots of pictures when Jenn showed us when they were installing. But these are the instructions from "On the Water" and not by Docks by Whytes. Anyway, the dock looks amazing. We hope to enjoy it for a long time. We highly recommend Docks by Whytes.
