Pat, Roxanne, John and Celine have been fantastic in the process of our new build (Northern Oriole). They visited the site, helped us with choosing a Contractor (who has been great to work with) and gave us great guidance and recommendations in the building process. They have always been welcoming, helpful and candid with our questions and things we should know and understand. Evergreen Concepts built a large two storey Garage for us, then a year later a two storey House on a difficult lot(both with foundations). The buildings went very well, were on time and of high quality, and were extremely well built - we have not had any problems. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest and communicated very effectively. Any issues were given high priority, explained to us, and then solved quickly to our satisfaction.
