He agreed to stay open late so I could get there, and we tried a couple on my tripod until we found the right one. Recommend dropping in if you need parts.”

“I first contacted Canadian Pest Control to spray our newly purchased cottage in 2012 as we had a lot of what I thought were cockroaches. It turned out they were wood roaches but we soon found out we were infested with carpenter ants. Stephane has returned every year for the last 10 years to perform preventative maintenance and we haven’t had a problem since. When our home in Ottawa was renovated in 2015 we disturbed a nest of carpenter ants. I called Stephane and he took care of the problem. Stephane is friendly and helpful. I find the pricing to be reasonable and the work is thorough. Stephane responds promptly to my emails and is generally just a really nice person to do business with. I always recommend him when I hear of someone with pest control issues.”

“Haven’t bought a fireplace here but I can’t say enough good things about the kind hearted owner. This weekend we were in a car crash on hwy 7 right in front of the shop and he immediately welcomed us all inside to warm up (by the lovely wood stoves!) and made us coffee while we waiting for a tow truck etc. Excellent hospitality and I can’t begin to thank them enough. (A rarity in North America ) Your hosts Sue and Fred are a delight with friendly service at a very reasonable price. Specializing in HandiQuilter machines and accessories they were able to repair our machine and return us back to worry free quilting. Highly recommend a visit.”
