(August 24, 2021, 12:52 pm)This canal lock offers a nice spacious lawn area with picnic tables for boaters. There is a very good boat launch at the far end of the lock. A fee is charged for boat launch and parking. The beautiful landscape of this lock makes it a tranquil place for picnicking as there are big trees providing shaded areas.
