“I made a same-day appointmnt for a Monday at 11:00 a.m.; there was one other client having full colour streaks being applied; unfortunately with only one (1) stylist on site for the entire Monday, my appointment ran late and I was seen at 11:35 a.m. For a Monday, it was very cold in the salon, luckily I had a long sleeve sweater on but I had to leave my coat on until I was directed to the hair washing chair.”
