I stayed at Penny's lane for 2 weeks. I was greeted by Penny and given the tour. What a beautiful property!!! I am downstairs and ready to head out the door by 7am every day...Penny did not disappoint she was up every morning with my fruit smoothie ready to go. She always provides a healthy, tasty nutritious breakfast before leaving. Penny goes that extra mile to make sure you're looked after. Penny’s Lane will always hold a special place in our hearts. When we decided to put together an intimate wedding in a matter of months, we struggled to find guest accommodations due to our July 1st wedding date. Penny’s Lane came highly recommended from another local B&B, Nevis Estate, who only had a few rooms left themselves. Not only was Penny able to accommodate several of our guests, but upon hearing our plan for a small, intimate wedding, she also graciously offered to host our entire reception on her beautiful property. Penny was supportive and full of ideas right from the start. The grounds are spectacular and supplied a beautiful backdrop for wedding portraits. The dining room and covered back porch provided the perfect setting for the family dinner feel we were striving for. The food was absolutely delicious from the creative hors d’oeuvres to the flavourful main course to the personal sized apple pies for dessert. My new husband and I stayed in the picturesque Suite Miss Scarlett, which we cannot wait to visit again in future years. The following morning, Penny made a decadent brunch for those of us who stayed the night. We would highly recommend Penny’s Lane Inc. and Suite Miss Scarlett for anyone looking for a weekend getaway!
