Great location for this gym for starters. Upon entering, you're usually greeted by 1 of the 2 owners who both are friendly and helpful. The gym is very spacious and has all the equipment that you need. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 changerooms/showers that are always clean and well kept. There is storage space for your bag in the main lobby and there is a Culligan waterbottle filler as well in the lobby. The gym is 24/7 access, which is super convenient.

Overall, very nice facility, friendly staff, good location and worth your money.

Very nice gym. Lots of good equipment and not that expensive for a gym. Its truly open 24 hours a day any day. The washrooms are nice. Place is well surveillanced so no one can steal your stuff easily. People need a swipe card to get in.

Excellent facility. I have had memberships in most of the other gyms in town (some of which have gone belly up) and this has become my home. Friendly, non judgemental environment with great equipment. Patty is a gem as an instructor.
