I absolutely love this store. It may be the best hardware store in Canada. And whoever does the sourcing for the furniture in that store deserves a huge pat on the back - the inventory is just beautiful stuff, makes me wish I was starting over and furnishing a place from scratch. We recently purchased a mattress from them, and the mattress turned out to be defective. We called about it and the level of service was just outstanding - no pushback or questions asked. Our sales/service agent Diana immediately set about helping us return the mattress so we could get a new one. It's so refreshing to get such amazing service from people who just seem to love their jobs and are so good at what they do. Huge thanks!
