We contacted GLAD after our furnace had stopped producing heat and the other company we called initially for emergency winter service (ServiceExperts of Kingston) seemed entirely disinterested. In any event, we were VERY pleased with the response we received from GLAD! I spoke with their friendly receptionist who assured me they would send someone to the house as soon as possible. The service technician arrived shortly thereafter, thoroughly investigated the problem, and explained the situation in a simple and friendly manner. The tech they sent was obviously competent as he got the furnace working again and was able to offer some recommendations for further servicing...with no pressure to act right away however.
Long story short, we will definitely call GLAD in the future for any heating/cooling/hot water needs we have in the future. Outstanding service from a group of remarkably friendly and competent employees. Just a terrific experience all around. Thanks GLAD!
