I typically love going to the spa and I found the infrared sauna to be even better than a regular sauna as the dry heat warms you from the inside out, almost like you’re lying in the sun. Dale is incredibly knowledgeable in different aspects of health and wellness and promotes a highly sanitary, welcoming and incredibly relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!”
