Called looking for a discontinued part and they took my name and number said they would have a look. Got a call back ASAP and they had one. Shipped it out to me right away!! Good customer service is hard to find these days!!

Wicked service. The primary difference between this Marina and many others is that they're on the water and they can do a water test of your boat. All the other Marina I brought my boat to in the past are located somewhere within the city or the outside of the city of Ottawa and they have no way of testing a boat. Lisa and Dave were fantastic. Not only did they fix my boat that had an issue with an oil leak. They also fix my speedometer, depth gauge. They also went above and beyond and fix the linking of my shifter so that it goes into drive and reverse much smoother, I didn't even ask for this and they didn't charge me for the extra repair/adjustment. If you're looking for an honest set of Mechanics for your boat come here. They're also super duper covid-19 safe. Have a great summer and thanks again for fixing my boat so well and at a cost that was affordable.

Lisa and her team did a beyond incredible job fixing my boat! They made 50+ phone calls to get parts for my motor and saved my vacation!

Brought my bowrider in for service on the lower end for an "unknown" problem. They listened to my description of the problem and diagnosed the it in the time stated. They then offered me options for the repair and fixed it, again in the time stated.

Friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. Will be bringing my boat back if it is ever in need of repair again.
