Room and bed very comfortable (snacks in the fridge, bathrobes, an electric heater) and the breakfast was a feast (eggs benedict with smoked salmon, fresh banana loaves, berries with yogurt and a delicious salad). James even scraped the ice off our car and escorted me to it. Highly recommend their hospitality and a stay at The Black Dog!
(February 3, 2019, 12:43 pm)We stayed here last night. Our room was very large and comfortable. Elaine and Jim were wonderful hosts that made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

(January 10, 2019, 6:14 pm)I absolutely love this place. Our dog who traveled with us could not have been happier, and the service and breakfasts were out of this world. The owners could not have been more accommodating. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay here (with our dog, of course).
