“This place locked down immediately and put safety programs in place well before we started hearing about covid outbreaks in long term care facilities. The home overlooks the St Lawrence River and has the small town feel. The staff have likely grown up with or known most residents and treat them like family. Get your loved one on the waiting list ASAP ?”

“The gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. He's friendly, efficient, accommodating and knows his job well. He asked if we had choice hotels rewards, which most hotels don't. You have to ask them, usually. I liked the plethora of towels. Most hotels only give you one or two max lately. I liked the ground floor access, as I carry lots of food stuff.. Room has a microwave and fridge, and that's why we stayed there instead of the Ramada. It's very quiet, and even though we're working nights, it was quiet while we slept. Internet speed is not great, but other than that, I have no complaints.”

“The Victorian is an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast! The house has a classic design with lots of modern touches, which makes it stunning! I highly recommend the loft (which we stayed in) as it’s very spacious and comes with a king bed and full kitchen! Stephanie (the owner) was amazing, and super accommodating with all of our needs! Westport is a must visit small town, and I would recommend everyone I know staying at the Victorian when visiting!”

“We were thrilled to find availability here last night. Fun, friendly host Marilyn seems to make easy and simple what I’m sure would be considered excessive for most other hosts. Her breakfast is terrific. The setting is ideal. Parking is easy. And Marilyn was a blast of good fun while we four hooted our enthusiasm for Biana Andreescu.”

“The location, the amenities provided and the views on the St. Lawrence were all wonderful. We spent Thanksgiving weekend there this year. We rented the Birdhouse cottage and found it delightfully quirky and comfortable. And only minutes down the road from Brockville. We will definitely be going back.”

“Very nice beach, clean and spacious. It is usually a bit crowded in the weekend during the season, so it is better to arrive there early. Very big parking lot. Due to COVID-19, the playground is closed and access to washrooms requires masks. Pay is by car at the entrance, it is about $15 per car for the whole day. We were asked to leave before 8:00pm which might be early for some. Highly recommend.”

“If you enjoy centenary houses, it's the place to be. The interior was impressive. We stayed in Sarah's room which had it's own washroom ("powder room": sink & toilet). Shower is in the shared toilet room just beside it. It also has it's own private reading room with lots of windows facing the pool which was perfectly quiet to read a book at night. The host was very friendly and always made sure you had everything you need. Good 4 courses breakfast. I highly recommend if you go to Prescott.”

“As all KOA campgrounds it is clean with nice open sites. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The sites are open but they are a good size so you don't feel on top of each other. All areas are really clean and tidy. They have a good size playground and lots of things for the kids to do, even with the restrictions of covid. There is a dog park and walk path to keep our furry friends happy. The pool is heated and well maintained. You will enjoy your stay here as we did.”

“Very nice park. We had a full sun site with plenty of grass to cool our feet! Washrooms and showers were closed due to the COVID-19 but not a big deal for us. The staff will fill your fresh water tank and empty your grey & black tanks if needed. Park is well spread out, enough walking or cycling around the park. There are a couple of trails to take you to the lake for a dip. Very nice folks and wish them lots of success with their park.”

“Great place, comfortable beds, amazing breakfasts. Host Stephanie is such an interesting man - artist, chef, scuba instructor, restoration architect. He was a wealth of information about the Thousand Islands. Can't wait to visit again. ..”

“Was a good place to camp, some sites are smaller than others. We were limited because of covid. The volleyball net is right by the septic tank so it's a constant unpleasant smell. Also a down part was the usa bridge was right above us so we could hear the trucks all day and night. Water is great”

“This Cottage is absolutely amazing. I came here once during the off season. .The Owner is absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive to your needs. The rooms were clean, elegant, and comfortable, and had a very nice view of the Charleston Lake . The back patio area is stunning and a great place to relax in the evening, have a drink from the bar, and watch the sunset. The admiral suite is perfect. I cant say enough good things about this place. We loved our stay, and would encourage anyone to stay here!”
