I bought one of these pheasants at Sobey's. It was expensive but probably one of the best taste experiences I have had in my life. The product was excellent and very tasty. I have raised Pheasants before on my farm but had never eaten them The product frozen but was well packaged . My wife does not usually like game birds, but she said that this was even better than Chicken. I find that it has a unique subtle taste. Our bird was 1.13 kgs and we had half left overs for another meal.
Great place to work if you are willing to work. When everyone shows up on time it is even better. Unfortunately, there is never enough people who want a job. We only work three days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Looking for work, bring rubber boots and come and ask for plant manager.
