“I bought one of these pheasants at Sobey's. It was expensive but probably one of the best taste experiences I have had in my life. The product was excellent and very tasty. I have raised Pheasants before on my farm but had never eaten them The product frozen but was well packaged . My wife does not usually like game birds, but she said that this was even better than Chicken. I find that it has a unique subtle taste. Our bird was 1.13 kgs and we had half left overs for another meal.”
