Got Smile Dental Centre

My first experience with Got Smile Dental was incredible. I was planning to have my wisdom teeth removed and was feeling very nervous. The staff were so reassuring and accommodating. When I actually had the procedure done, Dr. Dao and Courtney were amazing. Knowing I was extremely anxious, they constantly ensured I was comfortable and were so kind. They made it so much less scary for me, especially with Courtney giving me a heads up on each next step throughout the procedure. I honestly think I had the best experience and am happy to continue seeing them. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and comforting :)

I have never been a fan of the dentist. Dr. Kong and the entire staff are so friendly and welcoming they put my mind at ease. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now (if thats actually possible ). Great team. Great environment.????

Went to visit the dentist today at Got Smile. The office staff was extremely pleasant and the dentist was very kind and understanding as I am quite nervous of the dentist office. I left feeling much calmer than when I arrived. And that was with no laughing gas. lol. I would and will most definitely recommend Got Smile to my friends and family and look forward to continuing my remaining dental work with both the dentist and staff at Got Smile.

Very friendly and informative and thorough. I have to go back but the first appointment was excellent. Morgan, the Dental Hygienist, was really wonderful to have working on m, and I was pleased that Dr. Kong said I didn't certain work I thought I may have needed, so I was encouraged that he wasn't trying to sell me work that wasn't necessary. Overall, probably the most relaxed dental experience I've ever had, and I've been around for many decades and seen a few dentists in my time!

The service at Got Smile is first class from the minute you walk in the door until the minute you leave! Reception always greets my family and I warmly and makes us feel welcome. We are offered an unbelieveable amount of flexibility with appointments and staff work with you to find a time and date that works for you. The hygienist are incredibly knowledgeable and help you to understand your oral health. They have taught me things since I started at the clinic that I've never been taught before. The ensure that they speak in language that a lay person would understand. They are quick but thorough. The dentist help you understand what's going on inside your mouth and things that need to be addressed immediately and then in the future. Again ways to improve your oral health are explain in lay mans terms!
Overall a really enjoyable experience.

My young children ages 2 and 4 also attended Got Smile. They immediately felt comfortable with the staff and appreciated being rewarded with an item from the treasure box at the end of the visit. I've always wanted my children to enjoy the dentist so they would have good oral health and got smile has definitely created that environment for them. I am very grateful to the staff at Got Smile and look forward to continuing to attend for service
