“Solutions Health Care is a friendly, kind, and extremely needed service in these times of which an opioid epidemic is effecting everyone, whether its a mother or father, brother or sister, or a best friend who is at the head of our community. TLDR; it's fast and friendly and there's little wait and little fuss. All the staff are trained and experienced in their care. They always make sure that every patient being treated is always the most important patient. Their doctors are always available, and they are highly experienced with addiction and opioid dependency. Even, when in comparison to others that provide similar care for opioid dependency, Solutions Health Care is far and away, ahead of other programs. There is a pharmacy conveniently situated inside the same building, and with its friendly staff they are always quick to have all of your medications ready in a timely fashion. The opioid epidemic does not discriminate - it is attacking all of us in one way or another. Thank God for the people at solutions health care and their invaluable service.”

“I have been a patient of Heather’s for more than 5 years. I travelled to Kingston to see her when she worked at Progress Physiotherapy. I was so thrilled when she opened her practice in Napanee. I have ongoing neck and knee issues which are structural and won’t improve but Heather’s treatments allow me to walk and function. What a gift. She has also treated my husband for chronic back pain. After a few treatment sessions he felt so much better. He was so relieved. We were both grateful that Heather fitted him in on short notice. To sum up - Heather is the ultimate professional. “I went to the pregnancy center when I was about 6 months pregnant. It was the best experience I could have ever asked for ! They are so kind and helpful! They offer various services for you and your child before and after birth! Even after birth ! They can help you with formula or any thing you need for your baby they are more than eager to help! When I was about to go to the Hospital to give birth they made me a card package for while I was in there . After I got out of the hospital I got a diaper bag care package filled with many wonderful gifts for my daughter 😍. They also have very kind welcoming staff ! Elizabeth the director of the Napanee pregnancy center is so kind welcoming and helpful!! I would highly recommend this center to anyone who has a young baby or is expecting a young buddle of joy!!”
