(July 23, 2019, 6:24 pm)The dentist is amazing! I had a nasty extraction and it went very very well! No pain and after the surgery, I had little to no swelling. Very good practice! BUT.... the receptionist has cancelled THREE appointments within the last 6 months. One was for an absolutely ridiculous reason, and the others we have no idea why, if the attitude was toned down and we were treated with respect and not hostility and defensiveness, our visit would have been much more enjoyable, on one occasion the OWNER had to verbally explain to her that she has to be nicer. . So in conclusion. Dentists and assistants are amazing, the receptionist is not the nicest lady at all. I recommend going in there when she is not.
