“Not bad for a small town gym, however, the equipment is quite dated and in desperate need of repair. Some of the cables, for instance, are in pretty rough shape and are an accident waiting to happen. Making using the cable system equipment a little unsettling and less than smooth motion. Signed up for a month, last summer, and didn't return for this reason alone. I'll stick with 4 Directions. They're equipment at least is new(er) and in great shape.”
