In order for you to have the repairs done, you have to have permits and you also have to have an engineer design it specifically for your property. You asked me to do a temporary repair on something that cant be repaired. I Vince Marche have been in business for 40 years and do not install or repair septic tank systems without permits and it's not my responsibility to get you a permit. You have to call the City and the City will inform you on what you have to do. I will be doing a random check on this property to make sure you have the proper permits to repair this system.
