“The Storage Company, is an awesome addition to the neighbourhood. It is a far enough away from peoples homes, and areas that branch off Marconi Street. It's this that makes it not an eyesore, as it is located off of Gore Road, and visible for only a brief amount of time if entering the newer subdivisions back in and along these streets. The main arterial roadway is Marconi Boulevard that snakes its self starting just east of Clark Side Road taking the first right hand turn that happens to be a 3 way stop with lights. Once you are off of Trafalgar Street you can follow Marconi Blvd straight down to The Storage Company. Marconi Blvd snakes it is way from where it starts on Trafalgar Street all the way down to Gore Road where beside this storage facility Marconi Street lies which is the exit out to Gore Road. Most families who have homes back with area enter into the subdivision, off of Trafalgar Street, making their way down Marconi Blvds first phase of building, which was probably finished 25 years ago. You make your way down until the home look to be newer in construction, maybe 10-15 years have now lapsed. Then you distinctly see where the modern homes that have been built within the last 10 years ago ... The people who take care of the grounds and makeup the agreements are friendly, knowledgeable and only to pleased to answer any of your questions. Even if you happen to call them up an appointment can be made for usually the same day or the next. There is a lot of space to make it easy to use larger vehicles as a means to get more items to your unit in one trip as well as out. Backing up a truck or U-Haul sized vehicle would be alright given the grounds are spacious for this reason. Not unless your renting a smaller unit which an ilse is where you will be unloading your things, then manually carrying your items to the unit you have leased! Most persons/customers who have rented/leased units within this Gated, closed CTV climatic storage facility are the locals who have now reclaimed their garages and basements!
