“Exactly like other Costco's from a layout and inventory viewpoint. The staff at London South are helpful and friendly and efficient. The parking is always busy, I've never been there and found it quiet. Take your time as you drive by the entrance, customers are coming and going all the time and sometimes don't watch for traffic very well. It's very convenient to have the Optical department right there, they are very helpful and kind.”

“I was in a hurry today and also completely out of my diabetic medication. Did i mention I hadn't even dropped off the script yet? I gave it to the person at the counter, asked how long while explaining I needed the meds but was very much in a hurry as well. They had me out of there in a half hour and smiled the whole time. The dispensing fee doesn't break you either. Sometimes it can be a real zoo at Costco just because they are so in demand, but they come thru in those crunch times when I really need them. Thank you”
