Dealing with Mathew in parts is effortless. Grand River BMW is five minutes from my work but I would rather drive the extra 45 minutes to London to deal with these guys.

Just got a small repair on my car and the service, as always was first class. Everyone at the dealership is cheerful and very helpful every time I go in to this dealership. They are always asking if there is something they could get you when you are waiting for your car, the shuttle service is right on time and the dealership is always spotless. The only problem I have is not looking at the new cars in the showroom, Temptation Dealership!
