I bought my mini cooper countryman JCW 2019 from London Mini. The customer service was amazing, they were very welcoming and were able to meet my needs. . after a year I did the service, and the service team was Amazing and professional . I strongly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a mini cooper and if you are not sure which vehicle to purchase, then I recommend Mini Cooper any day!

I had to make 2 visits as the technicians did not solve the brake issue on the first appt. The problem was more complex than they thought although not surprising (winter, corrosion). The tuneup of the engine was excellent. The car responded quickly and smoothly after the tuneup on the first visit.

Overall, a great experience. The work was completed quickly. All work was done under warranty and using their regular maintenance service plan included in the cost of the vehicle. Pick up and drop off services was excellent. The only reason I did not give it 5/5 was they keep seeming to have an issue uploading the service details to my vehicle. They have the records on file, but the only service done on my vehicle according to feature in the vehicle was done prior to my leasing it over 2 years ago.
