(December 18, 2018, 11:35 am)On the way to London (returning my daughter to Western for an exam), we hit debris on the 401 and blew a tire. Spent hours stranded in the dark and freezing rain waiting for a tow and got stuck in London over night. Unfamiliar with the area, I just pulled in to KAL tire on Wharncliffe. Matt and his team took my truck in immediately, repaired my tire and didn't even charge me. Without mentioning the night we had, I guess it was obvious to Matt that I could use a better start to my day. I think this kind of service and generosity is rare and I'm glad to be able to post just how much your gesture meant to me. I sincerely appreciated this-thank you.
(December 4, 2018, 9:18 pm)Quick service and a great price. The waiting room is clean, quiet and bright. There is a glass wall with a view of the garage so you can keep an eye on the progress on your vehicle.
(September 14, 2018, 11:40 pm)The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Store hours made getting new tires easy, no time off work required. Store is clean and comfortable. Took car in right at the appointment time and was done in the time they quoted. I also saw another customer come in without an appointment for emergency tire repair and he was helped in the spot. Great service.
