I found the right sofa for my living room at the London, Ontario La-Z-Boy Showroom. George Lucas helped my Mum and I navigate any concerns or requests I had, and he was very responsive when we spoke over email and phone! I would recommend contacting him when it's time to find a new sofa.

Covid has significantly slowed down the delivery time for custom-made sofas (not always showroom pieces). George was understanding and took the time to explain exactly why the wait time was increased, which we appreciated. He was knowledgeable about how to keep the sofa looking great, and organized delivery to the house. Thanks for all your help!! Looking forward to seeing my sofa in my living room.

The La-Z-Boy Furniture showroom in London is quite large, has many items (recliners, sofas, love seats, chairs, tables, lamps, accessories, etc.) to choose from, and the floor layout is well designed and easy to navigate.

Initially we spoke to Rebecca on the phone and she was very helpful and informative.

When we arrived at the store Cindy took us around to show us some options.  Once our selection was made Cindy was awesome in helping us pick out fabrics and finishes.  La-Z-Boy has many fabrics to choose from and Cindy made the process enjoyable, quick and painless.

Hopefully the delivery and installation goes just as smoothly as choosing our furniture, finishes, and fabric, and hopefully the finished product is just as good as the floor models we looked at and experienced in the showroom.

We have been looking for a couch for a long time and thanks to Adam we have made a decision and couldn’t be happier! He was kind, informative, and not pushy at all. It was refreshing to have someone take our needs into account so that we’d be happy in the long run. He gave us our space, answered all of our questions, and made sure we wouldn’t regret our choice. Can’t wait for our order to come in!

Adam went way above and beyond for us! We are so happy with our couch and recliners! The whole experience was excellent. From his help picking out the fabric to his communication about our delivery and his help with the removal of our old furniture. He is an outstanding salesperson who truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you so much! Also of note, is the protection plan which has already proven to be reliable after pop was spilled on the fabric. We are very happy with our purchases and will definitely be buying our furniture from lazy boy again.

I purchased a Power Recliner and dealt with Rebecca. I am extremely pleased with the sales service. Rebecca was outstanding. Rebecca was an excellent listener. She heard everything I said and after directing us to the type of sofa we were looking for she came back with extra information, that while we did not explicitly ask for, she had correctly anticipated that we would need. She took the stress out of the decision making process made the buying experience enjoyable.

La-Z-Boy was the last store along the strip that I had stopped at as I figured it would be the most expensive. I found several potential new couch candidates but the fabric options were limited to leather or faux leather which would have been OK but not 100% what I was hoping for.
While I did end up spending more on the couch than I had originally anticipated I feel that it was money well spent. We will receive the couch in approximately 6 weeks, which is about the average wait time during this COVID era. I will update this review after receiving the couch with the after sale/delivery service experience. Thank you Rebecca!
