    I would give them 6 stars if I could... I ordered a beautiful sectional weeks ago. It finally showed up and it wasn't exactly what I had ordered. London Fine Furniture understood, handled the situation brilliantly, and has assured me they're going to make it right. They are an absolute pleasure to deal. Incredibly impressed with the customer service. Bravo.

    Friendly staff, and very nice furniture. Not for the faint of heart, financially... If you want some of the best furniture available, have a peak for yourself.

    I honestly got to say, great job on your customer service. I walked and Dave just said a few words, which surprising impressed me with his knowledge of the products. Then after that i just wanted to browse and Dave didnt bug me at all, did my looking around and i physically seen the quality in the product Dave described, which made me want to talk to him some more. VERY WELL HANDLED, WITH VERY COMFY FURNITURE. I just want to thank Dave, and let people know i will be returning.
